What are the hours of operation?
Doctor Clean is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, Doctor Clean is fully bonded and insured.
Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?
Absolutely not! We would be glad to give you a quote over the phone. Contact us today!
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes. We take care of all cleaning supplies needed.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?
We cannot guarantee that same day booking, but we can always try to get you scheduled as soon as possible.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?
No. You do not have to be home during your cleaning. We kindly ask that anyone who is present during the cleaning (especially pets and children) be kept away from the area being cleaned to ensure everyone’s safety.
DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?
We value your time and ours, so we strive to always be on time. In the event your cleaner may be late (due to an emergency or unforeseen event), you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
When is payment due for my cleaning?
Payment is due at the time of service. We can also provide the convenience of auto drafting of payment for customers with recurring cleaning services.
We accept cash, credit, or debit cards.
Do I have to sign a contract?
There are no contracts or obligations for residential services.
